Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All translations are delivered digitally via email or secure file transfer (encrypted link). Sworn translations: certified PDF delivered digitally, plus original hard copy sent by registered post within Spain if requested (additional postage fee may apply for international delivery).

2. Typical Turnaround Times

Document translation: 3,000 words per business day (standard), 5,000+ words (rush). Sworn translations: 3-5 business days. Website localization: depends on scope, typically 1-4 weeks. Subtitling: depends on video length, typically 2-5 business days. Medical/scientific: standard timeline plus review cycle.

3. File Formats

We deliver in the same format as the source file. Supported formats include: Word (.docx), PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), InDesign (.idml), HTML, XML, JSON, PO, XLIFF, SRT, VTT, and more.

4. Revision Rounds

Each plan includes revision rounds as specified. Additional revisions at €47,40/hour.
