Refund Policy

1. Before Work Begins

Full refund available if translation work has not yet started. This is in line with EU consumer protection regulations for digital services (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. During Active Projects

If you cancel during an active project, the refund is proportional to work not yet completed. We provide a clear breakdown of completed vs. remaining deliverables. All work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.

3. Quality Issues

If the delivered translation contains errors or does not match the agreed scope, we provide free revision at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved after good-faith revision effort, a partial refund proportional to the affected portion will be issued.

4. Sworn Translations

Sworn translations are non-refundable once the official certificate has been issued, as it constitutes a legally binding document with official seal and signature.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@globaltexttranslate.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. Processing time: 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
