Translation, localization, interpreting, subtitling, and related language services. All deliverables are digital files unless interpreting is provided on-site. All services are delivered digitally.
All documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. NDA is executed with all translators and staff members. Client data is never shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.
All prices are in EUR. IVA (21%) is added to all invoices as required by Spanish law. New clients: payment before delivery via Stripe. Established clients (after 3 successfully completed projects): NET 15 payment terms available upon request. Late payment interest: 1.5% per month after 15 days past due date.
We guarantee the accuracy of all translations. If errors are found within 30 days of delivery, we provide free correction at no additional charge. Our quality process follows ISO 17100 principles: every translation is reviewed by a second linguist.
All translated content becomes the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. Translation memories and glossaries developed during the project belong to the client and are available upon request. Agency retains no rights to client content after project completion.
Sworn translations are performed by translators officially appointed by the Spanish MAEC (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). They carry the official seal, signature, and legal declaration. They are legally valid for all Spanish courts, notaries, registries, and government bodies. International validity through apostille.
Agency liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. Agency is not liable for consequences of client-directed changes to translations, delays caused by late client feedback, or third-party implementation quality.
Client may cancel with written notice. Work completed to date is billable. See Refund Policy for details.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Murcia. EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr.
